'Coffee Sriracha' is the creation of our former head chef Vasilis Chamam. A hot sauce developed specifically for brunch made using fresh chilies and Catalyst Coffee. It obtains it's unique flavour and aroma characteristics as it brews and matures along with our own special blend, or our single estate coffees. Fruity, Tangy, Floral, Nutty, Roasted, each batch will reflect the profile of the coffee used. Available in 3 levels of heat. 0 hot, mild and VERY VERY hot.
