The MIGMA PETNAT ROSÉ is a collaboration between winemaker Chloe Chatzivariti and Tobias Tullberg. NEGOSKA and XINOMAVRO were macerated for a few hours in the press before co-fermentation. The spontaneous fermentation ended in the bottle, making the wine naturally sparkling. Nothing added, only rigorously sorted grapes. please store the bottle upright for 24 hours before serving.
